Restaurant General Manager Qualifications :

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience as a General Manager in a scratch kitchen environment.
• Strong and proven leadership qualities and must be the face of your business : affable, coach mentality, leads by example, upholds restaurant operation and food safety standards, clear and direct communicator.
• Must have strong BOH / Kitchen knowledge and the ability to jump in and support your team.
• Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships - attitude and drive are everything.
• Passionate, patient, and persistent personality
• Have a high business acumen and hands-on experience managing a full P & L and cost controls.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities :

• Train, coach, and direct the team - set the bar high and never underdeliver - ongoing training is key.
• Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable.
